• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

By submitting drawings, comments, or other content to Exquisite Corpse, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as part of the platform's collaborative artwork feature.

You are responsible for the content you create and share. You agree not to submit content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content.
• Is sexually explicit or inappropriate.
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We collect minimal personal information necessary to operate the platform. Your email address and username are stored securely. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

The materials on Exquisite Corpse are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Exquisite Corpse or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Exquisite Corpse.

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any account that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate. We are not obligated to monitor content but may do so at our discretion.

We may revise these terms of use at any time without notice. By using this platform, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of use.
